UCPath will make 2025 W-2 statements available online no later than January 31, 2025:
- Employees who requested an electronic version of their W-2 received an email notifying them of the online availability.
- A Chrome or Firefox browser is recommended when downloading the W-2 statement.
- For those who did not select an electronic version, printed W-2s will be sent to their mailing address listed in UCPath no later than February 2, 2026.
UCSC Employees will receive one 2025 W-2 from UCPath.
If you separated from UCSC in 2025, Visit UCPath online and click on Former Employees. Once logged in, navigate to Income & Taxes and select the corresponding tile for the desired form. Former Employees Resources
For access to w2s prior to 2020, you will continue to access them via At Your Service Online
For individuals who retired prior to 2025, you will access statements through UCRAYS
