Electronic W-2s will be available to view and download and At Your Service Online (AYSO) starting Friday, January 24, 2020.
- An email notification is sent to employees who elected an electronic version of their W-2 (when it becomes available).
- For those who did not select an electronic version, printed W-2s will be mailed to the home address on file on or before January 31.
UCSC Employees will receive one 2019 W-2 from At Your Service Online (AYSO).
If you worked at multiple UC locations in 2019 and the other location was within UCPath, you will receive two W-2s, one in UCPath and one in AYSO.

Do not open any attachments or click on any email links.
UC does not send actual tax statements to employees or retirees by email or text. If you have requested an electronic W-2, you must log in to UCPath online or At Your Service Online (AYSO). If you receive an email or text that has an attachment to view your W-2 or other tax statement, it is a phishing scam designed to gain your private information.
