Employee / Personal Information:

Congratulations, you are now officially logged into UCPath. Please follow the steps below as part of your introduction to UCPath and to ensure accuracy of your Employee /Personal information. First, you will fill out personal information . This section involves your name, address, phone number, emergency contact, email address, and other personally identifiable information.

Next, you will go through a guided onboarding which involves answering a set of approximately six demographic questions that are mandated for compliance purposes. You will only need to do this onboarding process once; however, you may update these questions when needed through the personal information screens. You will be asked a series of security questions that will be used to identify you whenever you access your personal information on the portal. 


Employee Benefits Information:

If you receive university benefits as an employee, please review your benefits summary, which includes information about your enrollments for medical, dental, vision, and other university-offered health and welfare benefits. Please review and ensure that the information provided on this page is accurate and if it is not, please contact the benefits team. Please review and update dependent information, if applicable.


Employee Paycheck Information:  

On your designated payday, after you have logged into the portal, please navigate under income and taxes to your “view your paycheck” (this is actually your earnings statement). Your earnings statement will look different, please click here to see how the new earnings statement is different.

    This page shows how Earnings Statements look in UCPath. Earnings Statements were formerly called Pay Stubs or Pay Statements. When reviewing your earnings statement, please focus on the following areas: tax withholdings, direct deposit (if applicable), compensation rate, and hours submitted for biweekly employees. Para leer la guía sobre declaraciones de ganancias en español, haga clic aquí.

Check your first UCPath Earnings Statement:

Review your gross pay and deductions, and confirm that your elected withholdings for tax filing status and benefit enrollments are correct.
