Employee / Personal Information:

Congratulations, you are now officially logged into UCPath. Please follow the steps below as part of your introduction to UCPath and to ensure accuracy of your Employee /Personal information. First, you will fill out personal information. This section involves your name, address, phone number, emergency contact, email address, and other personally identifiable information.

Next, you will go through a guided onboarding which involves answering a set of approximately six demographic questions that are mandated for compliance purposes. You will only need to do this onboarding process once; however, you may update these questions when needed through the personal information screens. You will be asked a series of security questions that will be used to identify you whenever you access your personal information on the portal.
