Electronic W-2s will be available to view and download on UCPath. Statements will be available as of January 26, 2021.
- An email notification will be sent to employees who elected an electronic version of their W-2 (when it becomes available).
- For those who did not select an electronic version, printed W-2s will be mailed to the home address on file on or before January 31.
UCSC Employees will receive one 2020 W-2 from UCPath.
If you worked at multiple UC locations in 2020 and the other location was within UCPath, you will receive one W-2 for both locations.
If you separated from UCSC in 2020, you will access UCPath through the former employee access site. If you are having issues accessing this site, please reach out to UCPath Center directly at 855-982-7284.
For access to w2s prior to 2020, you will continue to access them via At Your Service Online

UC does not send actual tax statements to employees or retirees by email or text. If you have requested an electronic W-2, you must log in to UCPath online. If you receive an email or text that has an attachment to view your W-2 or other tax statement, it is a phishing scam designed to gain your private information.
