Electronic W-2s will be available to view and download on UCPath. Statements will be available as of January 27, 2021.
- Employees who requested an electronic version of their W-2 received an email on January 25 notifying them of the online availability.

Some employees have reported W-2 images that display misaligned labels and boxes or blank images when accessing their online W-2’s. To ensure that the fields in the electronic W-2’s are visible and printed in alignment with the W-2 format, employees should use the supported browsers of Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Chrome.

- For those who did not select an electronic version, printed W-2s will be mailed to the home address on file on or before January 31.
UCSC Employees will receive one 2021 W-2 from UCPath.
If you separated from UCSC in 2021, you will access UCPath through the former employee access site. If you are having issues accessing this site, please reach out to UCPath Center directly at 855-982-7284.
For access to w2s prior to 2020, you will continue to access them via At Your Service Online
